Switeck
Does your ISP disrupt or throttle BitTorrent traffic? They could cause trackers to seem offline."No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" can also be the sign of a buggy/broken software firewall that's blocking uTorrent. moogly
You have to publish your .torrent onto a tracker/indexer if you want people find it and download it.http://www.utorrent.com/documentation/make-a-torrent
jrn
I finally got it to work, but now its not working anymore!I get the orange thingy: no incoming connections. My trackers are good ..
moogly
It can be due to your firewall, bad port forwarding rules (like wrong local IP), or no access to the router like 3G, sat, wimax, wifi connections.
jrn
http://i37.tinypic.com/2qib77q.jpgThats how its looking now. moogly
So you have to check the exceptions about uT in Norton 360.You can close uT, open Norton and remove the old rules about uT. Then start uT, Norton should add automatically new rules.
