Harry Poppins
The only thing that comes to my mind is that this is a simple "dns error", meaning that the hostname ("www.tracker.com" for example) was not able to be translated to an IP address. This is not something specific to uTorrent, but rather to your ISP and the DNS servers your connection is using. They're either not working very well, or the IP for the domain has been updated but the change has yet to reach the DNS server you're using, or the domain name for the tracker is just not registered anymore (not very likely). That does NOT mean that the tracker is offline, just that you can't get its IP address so you can connect to it. That's my interpretation of "hostname not found" anyway, if anyone thinks I'm "off" feel free to correct me.
Firon
Well, hostname not found usually means that the domain doesn't exist anymore
Ricochet
the tracker is up and running. It also happens to every torrent i try and get from there.
Firon
The tracker is not the same as the website you're viewing, in many cases. What's the tracker URL?
da chicken
Try your torrents in a different BT client. That should make it obvious if it's µTorrent's fault or not.
bangolio
You updated to the latest version while your firewall was off (or just very badly configured) and it didnt ask you to confirm the file change so it just blocks it.
