utp with http proxy and utorrent 2.0 beta

i dont know if its a bug or protocol limitation, but utp protocol don't work when i use http "proxy server for peer to peer connection" with utorrent 2.0 beta .

i've no problem for downloading but all utp peer become tcp

it's normal ????

http proxies don't allow udp traffic.
