ToiletDuck Posted May 12, 2010 Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 I have a 12mbit connection which was ALWAYS at max speed. Ports are all forwarded properly and I've been using it that way for 2yrs. About 2 weeks ago my total torrents now run from 60-100KB total bandwidth, even with upload limited.I'm curious if others are recently suffering from the same type of speed reduction. My IP is ATT Uverse. 1)Is there a way for ATT to single out torrents and stop their progess (I've managed to use limewire with faster success once).2)Is there a torrent test file I can download to see actual results?
