atkerr
It seems that when an active torrent is stopped, either by clicking the STOP button or by running up against an upload limit (time or percent), the torrent does NOT get changed back to Inactive status and remains in the Active window. I believe this is a change from previous versions. It seems to me that a stopped torrent is or should be considered Inactive.Strangely, a PAUSED torrent will be removed from the Active window and placed back in the Inactive window. This seems wrong. Any paused torrents should remain in the Active window and remain selected for a fast restart.
