rileyharnett
Hello, my apologies if this has been answered a million times. I didn't see it on the first page and it wasn't mentioned in the general faq.I've got a new computer, with Windows 7, and I've noticed an odd problem. My .torrent files are not going to the folder set in preferences. Instead, they go to where my downloads go, my desktop. This is getting somewhat annoying as it doubles my desktop clutter.I use uTorrent 2.0.3 (Build 20683), which I believe is the latest, as I downloaded it no more than a week ago. And below is a screenshot of my preferences tab.http://img295.imageshack.us/i/utorrenttroubles.jpg/Any and all help is greatly appreciated, I've tried fiddling with everything with no luck. rileyharnett
Edit 3:uT works fine. Turns out my Google Chrome is set to save those .torrent files to my desktop instead of simply opening them.Case Closed, enjoy your day.
