brunoais Posted September 1, 2010 Report Share Posted September 1, 2010 My utorrent is 2.0.4 (latest build until now).The problem is: I set a limit on how fast it is allowed to download, say... 100KB/s. Some time later I notice it downloading at 500KB/s?!?!?!?Also If I set the upload to 10KB/s it will upload at the network's max (70KB/s) slowing the rest of the internet!Is this a problem with the latest build?
