Moving from Windows7 laptop to Mac Mini

Hi

I am thinking of buying a new Mac mini to utilize all my file sharing 24/7.

At the moment I have this hosted on my Lenovo Windows7 laptop.

1) Is there any easy task to move all preferences from uTorrent/Windows to uTorrent/OSX?

Is it same file format?

Is there any documentation or link?

2) Features-wise, is it going to be same expierence?
