Bittorent-incomplete downloads

When downloading large files (movies) ,when I try to view them (even though it shows that the file size is 1.3GB(for example) ) I only get to see a couple minutes of movie.

Does anyone know why that happens?

I've been searching for torrents using Torrentz and use Bit torrent to download files.

I've been downloading series and haven't had any issues, only with larger files.

Have you let uTorrent complete the download first?

Am i understanding correctly that you are asking if bit torrent downloaded the whole file, then yes. it removes it from my 'downloading' litst and shows that download is complete.
