triarius Posted February 19, 2011 Report Share Posted February 19, 2011 I have the latest version of uTorrent and such, and when I download from anywhere else I get like at least 900kb per second, but with uTorrent latley I've only been getting like 0.9kb per second, even if the thing has thousands of seeders and only a hundred leechers. :/Any help would be appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Within the last day or so my download speeds have plummeted to several KB/s max, my upload speed seems unaffected. This occurs even when re-downloading torrent that I know are good to test this. Reinstalling, updating, changing settings as per the Sticky post have availed me not...I thought it was just obscure user error, but this sounds eerily similar to my situation.On an unrelated note - I'm a new tenant at my place of residence and it seems that a previous occupant managed to get my home IP banned... epound Posted February 20, 2011 Report Share Posted February 20, 2011 My download speed keeps bobbing up and down ... from 280 to 10 within 2 minutes ... I am on a wireless shared server ... sometimes it can maintain a constant speed, but rarely ... perhaps my AVG internet virus program is doing something?
