Samuelwong5
After I restarted my computer and router, my download speed stabled. At a "magnificent" 0~5 kbps.I ran the test in the Utorrent Setup Guide, and the port was ok. However the speed test came back with :Data send error: A local networking problem closed the connection (10053).Preferences:UPnP and NAT-PMP is enabled, so is added Firewall exceptionEnable bandwidth management is not checked.in advanced, the following are changed (everything else is default)bt.connect_speed 4bt.transp_disposition 5net.max_open 4Seeds are around 21(611) and 13(42) for the two files I am downloading.peers are at 3(1053) and 9(111) respectively.Help please
