Recently i've experienced slowdowns and excessive cpu usage whenever uTorrent downloading something.I've used uTorrent for couple of years and this is the first time i've experienced this issue. I've updated my Norton Antivirus recently, so i thought that issue might be related to that, but disabling firewall and protection didn't change anything. I've also tried deleting uTorrent completely (including settings files) but that also didn't help. Spikes seem to appear randomly, sometimes everything is ok for hours before spikes appear. Disabling or pausing the download stops spiking and resuming instantly loads CPU back to 90-100%.I wouldn't be asking if i didn't search extensively and read other suggestions :/HJT and Though i had them installed long time ago and uTorrent worked fine up to this moment. I also haven't updated them for some time. Didn't expect it could be related to that. I'll try updating WB first.
