Red icon even with DMZ enabled, UPnP enabled, attempted port forward

Recently got BT Infinity installed, and with it came a Home Hub 3.

I tried port forwarding following the guide of portforward.com, and still the red icon showed

I was reaching speeds last night of 4.3mb/s which is fine, as i'm on a 40mb line, the red icon was still there though

Tonight I'm getting about 2kb/s and the download stops and starts.

I then tried UPnP and enabled it in Utorrent and on the router, no luck.

I also tried enabling DMZ, and also no luck.

So i'm wondering is there anything else I can try? :(

There are two computers connected to the hub...and strangely one of them claims the port to be open, but mine says it is closed..
