ConnieD Posted June 11, 2011 Report Share Posted June 11, 2011 I have Net Meter showing 1.2 mbps download.I have uTorrent showing 154 kb/s download and 7.4 kb/s upload.I had nothing else open, no browser, nothing.I checked my router.
