berlin_user Posted June 13, 2011 Report Share Posted June 13, 2011 Using utorrent I always encounter one problem, that is - no matter how low I set speed limits (f.e. I have 130kb/s upload, f.e. setting limit to 20 kb/s), utorrent interfers with other programs trying using the web. Since I often use online dictionaries in the browser while working, I could ideally run utorrent while typing. But this won't work, since utorrent doesn't allow the browser to send or receive data, it just gets time-out. So everytime I search for another word, I'd have to close utorrent, and restart after I'm done. I tried it all with the speed limits, but it appears not to be the basic problem.
