Zhenya13
Hello,I hope someone can help me out. I know that this issue has been discussed tons of times, but it seems to be very specific as to what cause is it.For the past 8 month I have been having a problem with my computer restarting when the utorrent is running. If the utorrent is not on the computer works fine. However if utorrent is on it randomly gives me a blue screen.I'm running Win7 64 bitBy looking at other threads I saw that I need to provide the blue screen log. I downloaded BlueScreenView as was recommended in other threads. Here is the info from the latest crash.==================================================Dump File : 061911-12152-01.dmpCrash Time : 6/19/2011 5:58:29 PMBug Check String : IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALBug Check Code : 0x0000000aParameter 1 : 00000000`00000000Parameter 2 : 00000000`00000002Parameter 3 : 00000000`00000000Parameter 4 : fffff800`035fe477Caused By Driver : hal.dllCaused By Address : hal.dll+2477File Description : Product Name : Company : File Version : Processor : x64Crash Address : ntoskrnl.exe+7fd00Stack Address 1 : Stack Address 2 : Stack Address 3 : Computer Name : Full Path : C:\Windows\Minidump\061911-12152-01.dmpProcessors Count : 2Major Version : 15Minor Version : 7601Dump File Size : 276,264==================================================If anyone has any idea whats causing the blues screen please help me out.If I need to provide any other information, please let me know.Thank you to anyone who's willing to help!Eugene

Zhenya13
What internet security software do you have installed? What network adapter are you using?1. I have McAffe Virus Scan enterprise 8.7i It includes Anti-virus + spyware. Had it for a couple of ears, and before then had version 8.5i.2. I have a Toshiba laptop with a built in Intel Wireless WiFi link 4965agnComputer says that drivers are up to date, but just in case the driver version is 12.4.1.4BTW, Blue Screen Review says my problems started in February, but it was really in early Jan, its just that I had to replace the hard drive and re-install Windows.in Feb.I see the problem has something to do with Hall.dll, but I have no idea what is that. Before Jan, I had the same network card, and the same security software and no problems running utorrent. What I did in Jan though was install an SSD when my hard drive crashed. The SSD is made by Kingston, model # SNVP325S2128GBI have it divided into 2 partitions. Thanks for your help

DreadWingKnight
2. I have a Toshiba laptop with a built in Intel Wireless WiFi link 4965agnComputer says that drivers are up to date, but just in case the driver version is 12.4.1.4You may need to go to toshiba's site or intel's site for drivers that are actually more up to date than that. The short version is that it's either the internet security software or the network adapter causing the problem.
