Keroro Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 Hello. I have ISP, which limits internet connection to 4mb (400kbps), and doesn't limit it's internal network (so it's about 100mb). The problem is, then "maximum download rate" is unrestricted, other internet tasks, like browsing, are very slow, but downloading from other peers from my city is fast (megabytes per second). But if limit are on, internet is OK, but local peers are restricted too, even if "limit local peers" checkbox are unchecked. May be it's because my ISP have different networks for different blocks, or something. Is it possible to limit just internet, and not local peers? Thank you.
