Mertado Posted August 17, 2011 Report Share Posted August 17, 2011 As the title says, with v3.0, all torrents upload at the max possible rate regardless of the 'alternate speed when downloading setting', or changing the properties of individual torrents.This is a new installation of 64 bit Win7 with no alterations to uTorrent other than a skin change.
