siostrom Posted August 18, 2011 Report Share Posted August 18, 2011 I'm using rainmeter to monitor my active torrents but when I upgraded from 2.2 to 3.0, it just stopped working.The rainmeter widget is designed to retrieve information from http://username:password@ip:port/gui/?list=1.As I tried to enter this site manually in the web browser I got a invalid request.Does this function no longer exist in µTorrent or has the url been changed? dke Posted July 12, 2014 Report Share Posted July 12, 2014 ok i'm getting really rustled, i've googled all over the place in order to try to understand why the web api ?list=1 isn't working anymore, each single thread made by other people refers to an url that only takes me back to the forum index learn to use proper redirects ffs, jesus http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=58111 isn't working. EDIT: Figured it out without google: go to: Prefernces > Advanced > search for "token" set webui.token_auth to false (not sure what security issues this might introduce but i'm running my utorrent webui locally only so for me it doesn't really matter.
