Canya
Win 7 on Acer laptop with Core 2 Duo, 4GB ram: When I click the 'X' button to d-activate the torrent, as in older versions, the downloaded files and the torrent file both disappear. Using the command prompt and the "DIR C:\*filename*.*" command, the files are not found. I've reverted to uTorrent version 2.2.1 and the red 'X' button works as it should. WLS
That's strange since in my 2.2.1 the red X is remove, and the red stop sign icon is for stopping the torrent.
Mac-the-Knife
It's just as easy to right click on the torrent and choose from the options.
Canya
That's strange since in my 2.2.1 the red X is remove, and the red stop sign icon is for stopping the torrent. In my 2.2.1, the Red X is "remove from activity" (uploading & downloading) but it does not delete the torrent file or the downloaded files as my installation of 3.0 did. That deletion issue was the reason for my original post. The stop sign does stop the activity but leaves the torrent open in the uTorrent window.
