Internet Goes Down

Greetings,

My internet goes down when I start uTorrent. uTorrent has an internet connection, but all other applications lose connectivity. I'm not even sure where to begin troubleshooting. Any suggestions?

My router (Telus DLink dva-g3810bn/tl) supports UPnP. I haven't changed any of uTorrent's default settings since I installed it.

I've gone though the guides.

I've tried disabling Windows Firewall and Norton AntiVirus, but that didn't make a difference.

Here is a log (without the dates and times)...

What does it mean when it says "same peer id as existing peer"?

Those errors are unrelated to your issue.

Post the information requested of you from the troubleshooting thread.

• The network status light is green.
  
• The Setup Guide shows my Upload Limit: 90 kB/s; Upload Slots: 6; Connections (per-torrent): 100; Connections (global): 450; Max active torrents: 6; Max active downloads: 5. My current port is 12383.
  
• net.max_halfopen is 100. I've never modified TCPIP.sys.
  
• My ISP is Telus, which uses ADSL.
