When I open utorrent, the processes CPU usage jumps immediately to 50%, and it stays around there no matter what is happening. Also, accompanying this issue, torrent download speed are going no higher than 8 or 9 kbps. Every so often, the program starts fine and downloads at regular speeds, but this is rare. Also, the utorrent process doesn't stop when I close the program; it must be killed every time.I'm running the latest stable release on a Windows 7 x64 machine. I have disabled AV.
