I've attempted to trouble shoot the best I could following the recommendation posted by the mods. I'm running widows xp btw.What I've attempted so far:Updated uTorrent version form 3.1 to 3.1.2 I've completed disabled my windows security firewall, but I also had utorrent listed an exception.The Bandwidth and Network are both working properly in the Setup Guide.Any assistance would be much appreciated? tia!
