3.1.3 no reorder and no file selection?

I have 3.1.3 and the up and down arrow for reordering the downloads doesn't work for me. Is that a known issue or am I alone in world with that?

Also, I used to get a list of files before I began the download so that I could select the ones I want and leave the others. It doesn't happen by default anymore, correct?

I know I can do it afterwards with 'Don't Download' but that leaves the 8,000 files you don't want in the list.

I see a check box for 'Show File List' when using 'Advanced Mode' - can someone tell me how to use Advanced Mode?

Toggle torrent view so you have columns.
