baardtk Posted June 20, 2012 Report Share Posted June 20, 2012 Hi! Today I purchased uTorrent Plus to be able to convert .m4v files so I can play them through my Apple devices. I started converting one file sized 2,18 gb and left the computer for two hours. When I come back it's only 25% completed and says "5 hours remaining". So I bought uTorrent to NOT have to attach my computer with a HDMI cable everytime I want to see a show on my television, but I would rather go through all that hassle in stead of waiting for seven hours for one film. My computer specifications is 64-bit Windows 7, Quad Core i7 1,6GHZ, 4 GB RAM and lots of free disk space. Converting the file takes 100% of my CPU capacity. Am I doing something wrong? Can I improve speed somehow? I have tried restarting my computer, but still same result afterwards. If this is not possible, I would like to cancel my subscription.Also it is annoying that you don't have a support e-mail where paying customers can contact you.
