drewm_55
Have been trying to download a roughly 700MB file. Left uTorrent on overnight, when I left it I had speeds of 150-160kb/s, not the best but acceptable. Come back in the morning, it only got a third of the way through before the internet was interfered with or shut off. Not just internet browsing either, other apps wouldn't work either, had to reset the modem and router. This has happened a few times now, both with dynamic and static IP address and port forwarding. Any ideas what's causing this? Any solutions?

drewm_55
I know you're going to tell me to read everything again, I have, multiple times. I've tried the conservative settings, fooled around with upload-download limits, connections, port forwarding, you name it. The main problem is that I'll get a spike in speed up to 250kb-300kb/s, that lasts about 5 minutes, and then it comes back down to around 50 kb/s and won't get any higher. If anyone has experienced a similar problem, let me know.
