Audio doesn't work??

Hi,

I'm new to uTorrent and I've downloaded some movies. Some of them have the video working but there is no sound, so it suggests that I try another player. I change the player to Windows Media player and then it says:

"You may need an additional audio decoder to play this file. This file contains a track in the Dolby AC3 Audio (code "8192") format. You may need to install a DirectShow decoder for this audio format in order to hear the soundtrack of this file."

So where do I find this decoder or should I just download another torrent for the movie?? It had lots of reviews that said it worked so I don't understand the problem?
