Photo_Boarder
I've downloaded torrents recently from the Pirate Bay, Kickasstorrents, etc; none of which will open in Utorrent, neither magnetized nor manually. I've gone to the Preferences and selected the Auto Associations, as well checked in the hidden labels. I've gone through countless discussions trying to find an answer.I'm working on an ASUS PC, with Windows 8 and the newest version of UTorrent 3.3. Thanks! DreadWingKnight
What specific build? "Newest" according to users has, in over 90% of cases here, not actually been newest.
Photo_Boarder
The Build is (29342) [32-Bit]. I've checked for updates and everything seems to be current

Photo_Boarder
Ok, I downloaded the newest version 29544 and still no way to get a Torrent downloading. I've been using Wifi out of Coffee shops, specifically Starbucks, do you think their Wifi has a firewall prohibiting the Download?

Photo_Boarder
Would Peer Block help?
DreadWingKnight
No, if anything it would make things worse.
Photo_Boarder
For sure. If that's a potential roadblock I'll attempt to download the files at home and check back later
Photo_Boarder
I downloaded Vuze, loaded the same Torrent files I was having issues with in Utorrent and they're downloading fine. This has solved my problem, but I'm still curious as to why the newest version of Utorrent won't work.
