Hello, Fellow Utorrenters

I'm having speed problems with Utorrent 3.3. I can't get more than 35-

40KBp/s. I used to be able to top out at 200 KB/ps plus.

I've run the setup/speed guide and my current download speed topped out at

125KBp/s & Upload speed of 90KBp/s

I thought my speed issue was an Update to Utorrent, but I've tried a few older

versions, but that didn't help.

Although I'm connected via Wirelees 3G Phone/Modem, I can get Download

speeds of 100KB/s using my PC's Firefox web browser.

All settings are standard except for certain Advanced settings:

port No.=45715

Global max. connections =225

max connected peers per torrent= 75

upload slot per torrent=3

bt_connect_Speed= 4

net_max_halfopen= 50

I've tried various settings combos mentioned on this Forum's Thread:

From changing the port No., to Max Peers, to Queing But, none of the suggested

settings work to improve my speeds!
