Torrent stopped seeding, now says no seeds available

I created a torrent for a few of my bands songs and uploaded it yesterday and all was well - several people got it successfully, then all the sudden uTorrent switched from seeding to downloading, but saying that no seeds were available, and now no one can get it. What happened?? I still have all the original files (of course) and I still want to seed them (of course) but uTorrent won't seed. I've force rechecked, made sure it's pointing to the right directory and files and all.. ??
