BingoBongo Posted May 23, 2013 Report Share Posted May 23, 2013 Hey, So I can download over my network just fine with one laptop but for some reason the other one doesnt even try just sits there at 0% . Does anyone know why this is. Obviously torrents are not blocked by my ISP as the other laptop works. Is it just that they may have blocked the IP of the other one?
