DHT nodes to low?

when I took the new version of utorrent-3.3.0.29544 in use was the dht nodes more than 600 nodes, but now it just above the 400 nodes?. Why is that and what can I do about it. so that they come back above the 600 nodes. i hope that somebody can help me out with this problem

Having under 300 nodes is normal. 600+ is actually the oddity.
