RosalieRMX
I am fairly certain this has been requested before, but perhaps the time is ripe to discuss it again: balancing seeding based on maximum speed. As is, well seeded, fast trackers deliver lots of speed, but the slower seeders are pushed aside by the faster ones. The result is that the slower seeders get limited oppertunity to upload, leaving them seeding for disproportionate lengths of time.I'm not suggesting that the speed of torrents be compromised, but throttling the speed of fast incoming connections to let the slower seeders do what they can and let the faster ones take up the slack. Same speed, but giving the slower seeders the change to max out their upload capacity.

DreadWingKnight
And honestly, this sort of "regulation" doesn't help as much as people think it should.
