Let go of the .torrent file!

uTorrent 3.3.2, but I've observed this behavior on several Windows computers, with quite a few versions of the software.

Typically, I seed to 200% or 60 minutes, whichever comes last. If it's a video file and I watch it before the seeding time is done, I'll give it a "Done" label. Occasionally, I go through the "Done" files, and if they're finished, I'll right-click, and select "Remove And" -> "Delete .torrent and Data".

However, what I've found is that the .torrent file is *not* deleted, and in fact, can't even be manually deleted. Windows says that the file is open and in use. I've learned that if I exit uTorrent completely and restart it, I can then delete unneeded .torrent files. I shouldn't have to do that though.
