But i'll download one torrent at that speed, then go to download another and the 2nd one only reaches about 6 kb/s until I restart my computer when it goes back to around 300 again. Any solutions to help with this? Secondly I don't know what the average download speed is so is 300kb/s okay, if not how can I make it better?
