can't seem to convert flac files for iphone

Fairly computer stupid and never posted here before.  Have been using utorrent for years, but only recently purchased it.  want to convert flac files to put on iphone.  using version 3.3.2 with windows 7. 

 

Tried to use the feature last night, but the conversion icon keeps going on.  Nothing seems converted. 

 

Now when i restart computer, I get this message:

 

Install of C/users/Owner/AppData/Roaming/utorrent/transcode.bitinstall failed.  (signer certificate mismatch).  never seen this before i tried to convert flac files. 

 

Any help appreciated.  Thanks for reading if ya did.
