My files are at 62% complete, but it has stopped downloading. Although it was downloading pretty fast at one time, I never had a complete file available.. It was always fractional.. What does 2(4) peers, or seeds mean ? Will I be able to get the complete file if the available never gets to at least (1) ? Thank you in advance for your reply..
