breaking peer connections after the deletion of the only tracker in the private torrent's list

every time you delete the only tracker in the list of a private torrent, utorrent breaks connections to all of the connected peers and than reconnects to any peer that sent any data after tracker deletion, resulting in reduced number of peers connected as not all of the peers are willing to connect if your client isn't asking.

there is the need to brake connections only if the tracker address was modified to some other address - not deleted
