fmzlot Posted March 21, 2014 Report Share Posted March 21, 2014 Please tell me I'm simply a paranoid nut....but I've been having download troubles, and as I Google the net, I'm finding a disturbing number of individuals with the same problem, and experiencing slow downloads even when things are otherwise all right. There are only the usual BS "solutions" by members who really don't understand the problem, but are just trying to be helpful with opinionated suggestions. It doesn't seem real consistent, but is it possible that the Powers That Be are mounting a Grand Offensive against peer to peer sharing?
