I've spot a problem with uTorrent when trying to limit torrents or the whole client.I have to limit my client otherwise my connection disconnects and there's a whole other problem.Doesn't matter if I want to limit a torrent and the whole client, this function doesn't work for me.See bellow printscreen from ver 3.3.2 build 30488. I have the same result after upgrading to 3.4.1 build 30768. Even if I limit to 10KB/s, I get the same results => unlimited limiting I bet that everyone wants to download as fast as possible, and I complain for doing so, but for me this is a real problem.Please find a solution for this.
