Static IP2. Port open to xxxxx3. NAT router open to that port4. uTorrent "enable nat-pmp port mapping" option checked; "randomize port each start" option unchecked4. gesc Posted April 29, 2014 Author Report Share Posted April 29, 2014 Yes, I did run the test first off right after the changes I highlighted above. Nothing else has been done.
