I've been noticing lately that when I set a global download limit of any kind, uTorrent will stop downloading and uploading completely. It's only when I set the download limit to "Unlimited", it starts working again. This happens for torrents from different trackers. Restarting uTorrent fixes this until the next time my PC wakes up from hibernation. This was working fine for the past 5 months, I'm not sure what's changed that could have caused this? Anyway, this bug came up mor or less 2 or 3 versions ago of Utorrent (not beta). If i choose any GLOBAL limit on upload or download, all torrents progressively stop until i choose "unlimited" again on speed. Sorry for my bad english, i'm italian. Every speed limit, from 1 to 1000kb/s on upload...it's the same problem, every torrents stop to upload/download progressively....it's like i pause all torrents. I must reboot utorrent every time and i can't use hibernation mode because this bug returns every time. EDIT: maybe the problem seems solved after last release 31395.
