micahelpatrick75
Using uTorrent I never get above 1.5-1.9Mbps, which I is not what I am writing about but just to show you how much is being taken up by my client. I have a 15Mbps plan and know you never get what you supposedly pay for, but unless I am mistaken in my limited understanding, should I not have the rest of the bandwidth available to use? I have TWC and if they throttle my bittorents, do they throttle ALL of bandwith? Is this why I can only use uTorrent and not do anything else on the internet? Thanks in advance
