not auto-updating from 3.4.2 (32126) to 3.4.2 (32343)(malware?)

The utorrent client says a new version is available, however the update never happens even though I picked yes (on the update notification). I tried to manually download the file from your website. Chrome browser  blocks the file claiming malware. 

 

I overrode the block and tried two virus scanning services Jotti's and VirusTotal. VirusTotal shows a clean file, Jotti's shows that ClamAV returns a hit: PUA.Win32.Packer.Upx-26 (VirusTotal also includes ClamAV but no hit). 

 

I suspect a false positive and that my PC is blocking the auto update because of it, can you confirm?
