Very few people use it and those who use it just want to abuse the leechers or yell "seed", other than that there's no use of it. I think it should be removed, because it's useless. However there are times when there is valuable information, such as "subtitle can't be removed". Comments like this are very useful, as you would know to look for another torrent that might not have this problem. If you don't trust the comment, you can continue the download but at least are aware that you need to load the file into AVG (or whatever) to check the subtitle.
