My max upload speed is 125kB/s, and i want to lower it slightly so im not maxing it out, however when i select 80-90kB/s the speed comes to almost a standstill crawling at around 2-3kB/s. Even if i choose my max speed 125kB/s it drops, the only way i can get it higher is to leave it selected at 0(unlimited) Any ideas as to why this might be please?
