stuck at "finding peers"

I've tried reinstalling utorrent and several other clients to no avail. It must be something with my computer but I don't no what to do because I didn't update anything. This just started happening and now I can't torrent anything because it's always stuck at finding peers no matter how long I wait. Please help!!!

Have you tried with norton temporarily uninstalled?
