In section labeled: When Adding Torrents, the box: Don't start the download automatically is NOT selected, so my files are supposed to download without me having to manually Force Start. This is really annoying, especially when I submit files remotely. They won't download until I Force Start when I have access to the computer they download on. I'm using version 3.4.2 (build 35702) (32bit) on Windows 7. Please advise. I can't think of anything else to do. I've already uninstalled/reinstalled. Thank you.
