User 12345 Posted December 16, 2014 Report Share Posted December 16, 2014 Hi, I know I probably shouldn't be asking about this on a semi-open forum but I'll go ahead anyway because I really need this book. What I am looking for is a book titled "The Rise of Ersatz Capital", the author of which I do not know. To my knowledge, this book has been surpressed by governments or something because of some of the ideas that it brings up. I'm not looking for a book titled "The Rise of Ersatz Capitalism in South-East Asia", that is a book which I have been told was published to deter some of the attention that "The Rise of Ersatz Capital" was receiving. Now, I'm not sure if that is true but it may be. Anyway, would anyone happen to know where I could find this book or at least point me in the right direction to finding it?
