jjsparkx Posted December 31, 2014 Report Share Posted December 31, 2014 Ok, I upgraded space with a new external. I moved all my files over, then redirected the download location with utorrent. Now utorrent wants to download everything all over again. It's like 3tb. How do I tell utorrent where the files are? PiusX Posted December 31, 2014 Report Share Posted December 31, 2014 This means you didn't copy the appdata folder over. This contains all the data info for Utorrent to properly function. If the new setup isn't matching the old setup then it will redownload again. That is how utorrent works the new setup much match exactly the same infor in appdata folder for it to work correctly otherwise it starts all over agian and it is likely you will loose your completed files if your not carefull.
